About Me

I have been working as a therapist for over seven years. After receiving my master’s degree from NYU, I spent the first 4 years of my career at an outpatient mental health clinic providing therapy for clients of all ages and all demographics. Since then I have worked in private practice, primarily treating individuals with depression and anxiety. I have extensive experience working with people who have suffered major and minor trauma. Additionally, I work with families and provide couples counseling. Currently, I supervise four private practice therapists, helping them facilitate ways to achieve the best outcomes for their clients. I am passionate about what I do and consider it a great honor and responsibility to help individuals in the process of making significant positive changes within their lives.
