It takes courage to start therapy. It can be scary to attempt to undo patterns that have sustained us for so long but now work to inhibit us from enjoying our lives fully. Often, even if we recognize that something is not working within our lives, it is difficult to make the changes necessary to feel better or even to know what changes are needed for feeling better to begin. This is why I focus on creating a safe and judgement free therapeutic space where each of my clients feels comfortable and supported in working towards overcoming the difficulties they are facing in their lives. I am trained in various therapeutic techniques focused on helping clients work towards improving their lives and becoming their best selves. I provide psychodynamic therapy, relational therapy, EMDR therapy and CBT therapy. I tailor my approach with each client to meet their invidual needs. I have extensive experience working with individuals dealing with depression, anxiety and trauma.
